It also allows the Admins with a Google Archived User license to archive or unarchive Google Workspace users, groups, or organization units in bulk.<\/p>\n<p>The action is available in the <strong>Offboarding<\/strong> and <strong>Modify<\/strong> workflows. It can be done as a <strong>simple<\/strong> <strong>workflow<\/strong>, <strong>event,<\/strong> or <strong>recurring<\/strong> workflow.<\/p>\n<h2>Step 1. Workflow Type<\/h2>\n<p>Navigate to <strong>GAT Flow &gt; Create a workflow (1)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In the\u00a0<strong>Workflow<\/strong>\u00a0fill in the details.
