Select a single user or multiple users&#8217; accounts where the actions will be applied. Search and add the users via<strong> Search<\/strong> <strong>for a<\/strong> user, group, org. unit, or classroom or import users <strong>(2)<\/strong>. Click on &#8220;<em><strong>Yes<\/strong><\/em>&#8221; <strong>(1)<\/strong> to proceed. The workflow creator can confirm the preapproval option to run the workflow right away.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<h2>Result<\/h2>\n<p>Once the workflow is approved by Officer, the job will be executed and actions will be completed. All those statuses can be verified under <strong>Workflow<\/strong> section <strong>(1)<\/strong>, where the workflow <strong>Status (2)<\/strong> and <strong>Job status (3)<\/strong> are displayed.
