is selected, <strong>double-click to open it.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To change one of the values, select the checkbox and enter the value (you can clear it by sending a blank).<\/p>\n<p>This action allows you to change the user&#8217;s employee info for all users you selected.<\/p>\n<p>Use template variables<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Predefined users &#8211; Click on &#8220;<em><strong>Yes<\/strong><\/em>&#8221; to proceed. The notification is now sent to the Security Officer requesting verification of the workflow.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>Note:<\/strong> This action has <em><strong>Predefined variables<\/strong><\/em> that can be used to seamlessly perform bulk updates across multiple accounts.<\/p>\n<h2>Step 4.<\/h2>\n<p>Last, after sending, the Security Officer has to approve the request. They will receive an email that will lead them to the approval page.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><em>Note: If the <a href=\"https:\/\/gatlabs.com\/knowledge\/tech-tips\/how-to-set-up-preapproval-acces-for-flow\/\">pre-approval<\/a> option is enabled for the workflow requester, an email is not sent to the Security Officer.
