GAT Flow<\/a> is a user management tool for Google Workspace domains. It allows Google admins and delegated users to manage the users of the domain by creating custom and automated workflows and sending notifications of workflow completion.<\/p>\n

Creating a Single Workflow<\/h2>\n

Navigate to Flow > Create workflow > Notify.<\/p>\n

Search and select the users who you want to notify.<\/p>\n

Creating Event and Recurring Workflows<\/h2>\n

Navigate to Event or Recurring workflow > Create > Notify.<\/p>\n

Search and select the users who you want to notify.<\/p>\n

Result<\/h2>\n

As a result, the selected users will receive notifications of workflow completion.<\/p>\n

This is ideal if you want to notify i.e. the HR person that the request they submitted has been completed or if there was an issue they can investigate further.<\/p>\n

The “notified” person will receive an email when the workflow has been completed as below.<\/p>\n
