Manage Google Calendar Resources in Google Workspace<\/h2>\n

GAT+<\/a> offers an extensive Google Calendar audit where Admins and Auditors can report and manage all Calendars, Calendar events, and Resources in their Google Workspace domain.<\/p>\n

In this post, the focus is on how to manage Google Calendar resources.<\/p>\n

Manage Google Calendar Resources<\/h3>\n

Navigating to the ‘Calendar’ module the ‘Calendar Resources’ tab becomes visible. The default view is all the Calendar Resources in your Google Workspace listed with relevant audit data.<\/p>\n

The Admin can Create, Edit, Copy or Delete<\/strong> a calendar resource<\/p>\n

Create resource<\/h4>\n

The Admins or Delegated auditors can create Calendar resource<\/p>\n

Edit resource<\/h4>\n

The resource can be edited.<\/p>\n

Copy resource<\/h4>\n

The resource can be copied<\/p>\n

Delete resource<\/h4>\n

The resource can be deleted<\/p>\n

Export and filter resources<\/h4>\n

The Calendar resources can also be exported into CSV or Google spreadsheet.<\/p>\n

The ‘funnel’ icon launches a filter that allows you to specify the audit you want to see in the view. Using numerous variables, you can search for Calendar Resources.<\/p>\n

View the Events for the specific Calendar resource<\/h3>\n

Selecting the ‘events<\/strong>‘ icon will take you to the events audit of the Calendar Resource.<\/p>\n

The Admin can view all the events that use the selected Calendar resource.<\/p>\n

Bulk Google Calendar Resources Management<\/h3>\n

Calendar resources can be selected in bulk to be edited or deleted.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Update the Calendar resource ACLs<\/h3>\n

The Owner, Contributor, Viewer, and Free\/Busy readers can be updated for the Calendar resource.<\/p>\n

Select calendar resource > select modify permissions > update the permissions as needed > click on save<\/p>\n

The ACL will be updated accordingly.<\/p>\n
