With\u00a0GAT Flow<\/a> every Google Workspace Admin<\/a>\u00a0or\/and\u00a0Delegated Auditor<\/a> can simply set the workflow action that deletes users from all Google groups with some exclusion.<\/p>\n

You can delete users in bulk from the majority of the groups they are members of but keep them as a member of some if required.<\/p>\n

Create workflow<\/h2>\n

First, create a workflow, and navigate to\u00a0Flow > Create workflow <\/strong>(1).

In the\u00a0Workflow<\/strong>\u00a0fill in the details for the workflow. You can set it up also as an\u00a0Event workflow\u00a0<\/strong>or\u00a0Recurring workflow.<\/strong><\/p>\n
