Basic tab<\/b>\u00a0\u2013 Overview of all users\u2019 key settings, like which OU they were in when they last signed in.<\/p>\n<p><b>b. Drive tab, and Drive Productivity tab<\/b>\u00a0\u2013 Overview of all files users have access to, and how they\u2019re shared with different permissions.<\/p>\n<p>The difference between the \u2018Drive tab\u2019 and \u2018Drive Productivity tab\u2019 is: The Drive tab covers all files a user owns or has access to. Whereas, The Drive Productivity tab only focuses on the files a user has created\/uploaded directly onto their own &#8220;MyDrive&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p><b>c. File Types tab<\/b>\u00a0\u2013 Shows audited information on all the different file types, and who owns the most number of files for each file type.<\/p>\n<p><b>d. Quota tab<\/b>\u00a0\u2013\u00a0 How much Google Drive quota (file storage in megabytes) is being used by each user.<\/p>\n<p><b>e. Security tab<\/b> \u2013 Shows security risks and insights for each user, ex: if they have 2FA turned off and when they failed to log in.<\/p>\n<p><b>f. Applications tab<\/b>\u00a0\u2013 Shows each 3rd Party App connected to a user\u2019s Google account \u2014 Apps can access different permissions from Google accounts.<\/p>\n<p><b>g. Calendars tab<\/b>\u00a0\u2013 Shows each Calendar the user has access to, and the number of future events the user is participating in.<\/p>\n<p><b>h. Devices tab<\/b>\u00a0\u2013 Summarises the number of smartphones or ChromeOS devices connected to the user\u2019s account.<\/p>\n<p><b>i. Email Info tab<\/b> \u2013 View Gmail settings in place for each user, see things like auto-forwarding policies, and if someone has given\u00a0Gmail delegation access to other users.<\/p>\n<p><b>j. Meet tab<\/b>\u00a0\u2013 Summary of Google Meet calls for each user.<\/p>\n<p><b>k. Group Members<\/b>\u00a0\u2013 In this tab, you\u2019ll be able to easily see which users are in certain Google Groups.<\/p>\n<p>You can add or remove any user from an existing Group.<\/p>\n<p><b>c. Events tab<\/b>\u00a0\u2013 Shows all actions taken on Group settings or membership. Examples of action history: \u201cNew user added\u201d, \u201cUser removed from Group\u201d, \u201cNew Group Created\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><b>d. Contacts tab<\/b>\u00a0\u2013 This tab shows you all contacts across your entire organization \u2014 If they\u2019ve been entered in\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/contacts.google.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">contacts.google.com<\/a>\u00a0they\u2019ll appear in the Contacts audit.<\/p>\n<p>You can apply search parameters to find any contact. You can take action on these contacts, whether it\u2019s to copy or delete them. Classwork tab\u00a0<\/b>\u2013 The Classwork tab lists every assignment and question created by teachers within Google Classrooms. From this tab, you can generate a report about all the work teachers have created for students.<\/p>\n<p><b>c. Classwork Submissions tab<\/b>\u00a0\u2013 This tab shows all of the responses submitted by students to assigned assignments.<\/p>\n<p>This tab covers all of the answers given by students. You can identify which students have not submitted any work for a particular assignment.<\/p>\n<p><b>d. Teachers tab<\/b>\u00a0\u2013 Shows all Classrooms where a teacher is a participant. Whether that Classroom is Archived or Active.\u00a0\u00a0You can also see the number of assignments created by the teacher in the last 30 days.<\/p>\n<p><b>e. Students tab<\/b> \u2013 This tab lists every single student from all of the Google Classrooms. It will also show the guardian&#8217;s information. Class Info tab<\/b>\u00a0\u2013 Clicking on a classroom in the Classes tab will redirect you to the Class Info tab.<\/p>\n<p>There you\u2019ll find much more details on the Classroom, and if the GAT Shield extension has been deployed to students, you\u2019ll be able to generate browsing stats.<\/p>\n<p><b>h. Policies tab<\/b> \u2013 In this tab, you\u2019ll see all Trusted or Banned App policies. These policies can cover all or some users, depending on their scope.<\/p>\n<p><b>c. You can also take actions on a device, like for example wiping an account of the device.<\/p>\n<p><b>b. File Content Search tab<\/b>\u00a0\u2013 This section leverages Google\u2019s content search API. You can enter any string\/character query, this search is then passed to Google to be performed.<\/p>\n<p>It does not rely on the GAT+ metadata scan mechanism. Once Google completes the search the answer is given back in real-time. From this section, you can also take any actions on the files returned by the search.<\/p>\n<p><b>c. Within this tab, you can also take any actions on the emails returned.<\/p>\n<p><b>c. User Statistics tab<\/b>\u00a0\u2013 This tab gives insights into each user\u2019s email activity. It shows every Google account and the number of emails they send and receive from their own email address, or if they used a Google Group email to send that email.<\/p>\n<p>You can also quickly see in this tab which user is sending or receiving the most amount of emails and the person who is receiving the least amount of emails.<\/p>\n<p><b>d. Metadata is stored on GCP (Google Cloud Platform).<\/p>\n<p><b>Who has access to GAT+?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The app appears on all user&#8217;s accounts because the super admin installs it Domain-wide.
