GAT+<\/a> provides an extensive audit of enrolled ChromeOS devices<\/a> of the domain.<\/p>\n

This audit allows the Admins to take action on devices such as deprivation, disable, and re-enabling them.<\/p>\n

With GAT+ Admins can also move ChromeOS devices from one Organizational Unit <\/b>to another in bulk.<\/p>\n

Follow the steps below to change ChromeOS Devices in bulk to different OU’s<\/h3>\n

1. Export data<\/h2>\n

Navigate to GAT+ > ChromeOS devices > Export data<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"Bulk<\/p>\n

Export the ChromeOS devices into Google spreadsheet.<\/p>\n

2. Change Org. Units<\/h2>\n

In the spreadsheet navigate to Denoted OU’s field and change the denoted ChromeOS Devices OU<\/strong> to the desired one:<\/p>\n

\"ChromeOS<\/p>\n

Save<\/strong> the Google spreadsheet and import the changes back.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Click on the “checkmark” and you will see the changes that will be applied – Before > After\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

3. View changes- ChromeOS Devices OU<\/h2>\n

Click on the “checkmark” and you will see the changes that will be applied – Before > After\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Selecting the “eye icon” will open the spreadsheet again.<\/p>\n

\"Bulk<\/p>\n

\n

When the changes are reviewed and all is as expected.<\/p>\n

4. Apply changes<\/h2>\n

Click on Accept<\/strong> – and the Org Unit will be changed\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n
