GAT Flow<\/strong><\/a> is a product that allows every Google Workspace<\/a> Administrator<\/strong> to perform mass operations such as Onboarding<\/a>, Offboarding<\/a>, and\/or Modifying the users in the domain.<\/p>\n

Operations can be performed by creating a workflow which, for security reasons, must first be approved by the Security Officer<\/strong><\/a> before it can run.<\/p>\n

However, sometimes due to business needs or other business considerations, a workflow that has already been approved and is scheduled\/in progress must be canceled.<\/p>\n

GAT Flow Workflow Cancellation Process<\/h2>\n

The Workflow Cancellation Process can be done by:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Security Officer<\/strong>, and \/or<\/li>\n
  2. Administrator<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Cancellation by Security Officer<\/h2>\n

    The Security Officer logs into the GAT Flow console and navigates to the Approval<\/strong> module (1).<\/p>\n

    Next, the Security Officer finds the workflow in question (2) and clicks on the ‘eye’ icon (3) to see available actions.<\/p>\n

    The canceling reason needs to be provided (1) and confirmed (2).<\/p>\n

    Cancellation by Administrator<\/h2>\n

    Cancellation may also be made by the domain Administrator without the consent of the Security Officer.<\/p>\n

    An Administrator logs in to the GAT Flow console and navigates to the Workflow module (1). Next, find the workflow in question (2) and click on the ‘eye’ icon (3) to see available actions.<\/p>\n

    The new window with the Result details (1) is displayed and the canceling option is available from there (2).<\/p>\n
