One of the many actions you can take to maintain and secure <a href=\"https:\/\/workspace.google.com\/intl\/en_ie\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Google Workspace<\/a> users is to set up their recovery data.<\/p>\n<p>If the above is required, GAT Flow offers two actions that help to achieve this goal:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Set recovery emails<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Set recovery phone<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Automate User Recovery Information Setup<\/h2>\n<p>Navigate to <strong>GAT Flow &gt; Create workflow.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Note that those actions are also available in the Event and Recurring Workflows.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Next, fill in the details:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Name \u2013 enter a name for the workflow<\/li>\n<li>Type \u2013 select the type of workflow you want to use (<strong>Modify or Onboarding<\/strong>\u00a0in this example)<\/li>\n<li>Next \u2013 click to proceed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1251\" height=\"689\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-8733 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/gatlabs.com\/knowledge\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/Recovery-data-1.png\" alt=\"&quot;&lt;\/p\" srcset=\"https:\/\/gatlabs.com\/knowledge\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/Recovery-data-1.png 1251w, https:\/\/gatlabs.com\/knowledge\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/Recovery-data-1-300x165.png 300w, https:\/\/gatlabs.com\/knowledge\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/Recovery-data-1-1024x564.png 1024w, https:\/\/gatlabs.com\/knowledge\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/Recovery-data-1-768x423.png 768w, https:\/\/gatlabs.com\/knowledge\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/Recovery-data-1-360x198.png 360w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1251px) 100vw, 1251px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>In the next step, search for a user.
