GAT Flow<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0is a Google Workspace user management tool that\u2019s part of the GAT+ toolset.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

It allows Google Workspace Admins to manage and manipulate multiple domain user accounts, whereby Admins can Onboard, Offboard, or Modify domain users.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

One of the options for Offboard and Modify in Flow is\u00a0removing applications for Google workspace accounts.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Set workflow<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Navigate to\u00a0GAT Flow \u2192 Create workflow\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Workflow type<\/h4>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
    \r\n
  • Enter a name<\/strong>\u00a0for the workflow<\/li>\r\n
  • Select the\u00a0type of workflow<\/strong>\r\n
      \r\n
    • Offboarding \u2013 onboard user<\/li>\r\n
    • Modify<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 modify existing users<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

      Click on Next\u00a0<\/strong>to proceed<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

      Search for a user<\/h4>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

      Pick the users<\/strong> whose access needs to be removed from Folders or Shared Drives<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

      • Enter user<\/strong>\u00a0by selecting a single user, group, or org. unit of users<\/li>\r\n
      • Select \u201cProceed to actions<\/strong>\u201d to proceed<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

        Choose actions<\/h4>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

        In \u201cChoose actions<\/strong>\u201d pick the action needed.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

        Under Users<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u2192 Revoke apps tokens<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

        This action will delete all access tokens issued by a user for all applications<\/h4>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

        When the options are selected click on \u201cSend approval request<\/strong>\u201d<\/p>\r\n

        Security officer approval<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

        When the request is sent for approval, the\u00a0Security officer<\/strong>\u00a0has to approve the request.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

        They will receive an email like the below.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

        The officer will be navigated to Flow, where the request can be\u00a0approved\u00a0<\/strong>or denied.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

        Result<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

        When approved, the\u00a0Workflow will be set and scheduled to run.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

        The progress can be seen in the Workflow tab.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

        Under Job-status<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

          \r\n
        • Scheduled<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 the job is requested and set to run<\/li>\r\n
        • Done<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 when the workflow has been completed<\/li>\r\n
        • Partially done<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 when a part is completed successfully and another is not<\/li>\r\n
        • Error<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 you can view the \u201cerror\u201d from the \u201ceye\u201d icon<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

          When the Workflow has been completed, it will be shown as\u00a0Done<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

          The selected users\u2019 access to Applications will be revoked.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n
