GAT+ audit tool provides an extensive and detailed overview of the entire Google domain.<\/p>\n

It is easy to manage your organization\u2019s\u00a0Google Contacts<\/a> with GAT+. It provides Google Workspace Super Admins or delegated auditors with a centralized way to audit and make changes to any user\u2019s Google contacts.<\/p>\n

View Contacts<\/span><\/h3>\n

An Admin can view all users and their contact lists. The owner of the contact is the person who created it and has the users in their Contact list.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Contacts list can be found here: https:\/\/contacts.google.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n

NOTE<\/strong>: We are copying or deleting the Contact’s Email.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Request scan<\/h4>\n

The Admin can request a fresh<\/strong>\u00a0scan of the contact list, this will scan your users\u2019 Contact lists to sync with existing contacts.<\/p>\n

Create contacts<\/h4>\n

In Create Contacts, the Admin can create a brand new contact and add it to user accounts.<\/p>\n

An admin can create and add a new contact inside a user\u2019s account.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Click on the \u2018+<\/strong>\u2019 button.<\/li>\n
  • Owner<\/strong> – select the owner (user where the new contact will be added to).<\/li>\n
  • Fill in the details\n
      \n
    • Name<\/strong> – enter the name of the new contact.<\/li>\n
    • Emails<\/strong> – click and enter the email of the new contact<\/li>\n
    • Phones<\/strong> – click and enter the email of the new\u00a0 contact<\/li>\n
    • Address<\/strong> – enter the contact addresses.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • Save<\/strong> – click on to save the contact<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Bulk Action<\/span><\/h4>\n

      Actions in bulk can be taken on the Contacts. The Admin can select multiple contacts and bulk Copy or delete them<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

      Select the contacts you would like to copy or delete and click on the “Contacts bulk options.<\/strong>”<\/p>\n

      This will allow you to Delete or Copy the selected contacts.<\/p>\n

      Select the contact you want to delete (by clicking on the check mark beside the Owner) and click on “Delete contacts<\/strong>“.<\/p>\n

      Click on the “Confirm<\/strong>” button to confirm the deletion of the selected contact.<\/strong><\/p>\n

      Select the contact you want to copy<\/strong> (by clicking on the check mark beside the Owner) and click on “Copy contacts<\/strong>“.<\/p>\n

          The contacts will be added to the \u2018Destination user<\/strong>\u2019 contact list.<\/p>\n

          In the above example, 2 users were selected, and a label was created.<\/strong><\/p>\n

          If you select\u00a0Delete contacts,<\/strong>\u00a0the contact and the \u2018deleted\u2019 flag will be set to \u2018Yes\u2019<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

          Search Options<\/span><\/h4>\n

          You have the ability to search for contacts using a multitude of different ways.<\/p>\n

          The easiest one is to search for the owner of the contacts; this will show you all of the contacts that the user has.<\/p>\n

          Simply search for the\u00a0Owner\u2019s<\/strong>\u00a0email address and click the\u00a0Filter contacts<\/strong>\u00a0button.<\/p>\n

          The results will show every single contact<\/strong> in the user\u2019s Google Contacts list<\/strong>. Alternatively, you can search using the\u00a0Apply Custom Filters<\/strong>\u00a0button on the top right corner.<\/p>\n

          When the dialog box is presented, click the\u00a0+Add rule<\/strong>\u00a0button to keep adding additional search criteria to narrow down the results.<\/p>\n

          When you\u2019re done, click on\u00a0Apply<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

          Action on one contact<\/span><\/h3>\n

          In the Contacts tab<\/strong>, find any contact needed and click on the “arrow”<\/strong> button under Actions<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

          Select any action needed:<\/p>\n

          • Delete – delete the selected contact<\/li>\n
          • Copy contact – copy the selected contact<\/li>\n
          • Download VCF – download the contact as .a vcf file (virtual contact file)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            • Edit Contact – select the show details pen icon<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              A pop-up message will be displayed.<\/p>\n

                • Copy<\/strong> – when ready, click on the “Copy” button.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                  Note:<\/strong> Since owners can have the same contact, there may be cases where duplicates are created as contacts. This can be amended by simply selecting the ‘merge and fix ‘ button.<\/p>\n

                  Navigate to Google Contacts ( https:\/\/contacts.google.com\/suggestions ) and “Merge and fix”<\/p>\n
