How to Create Workflow Tags in GAT Flow<\/h2>\n

Managing numerous workflows in your domain can be challenging.<\/p>\n

GAT Flow<\/a> introduces a tagging system to simplify this process, allowing you to see what’s happening at a glance.<\/p>\n

Creating Workflow Tags in GAT Flow<\/h3>\n

Navigate to GAT Flow > Configuration > Workflow tags\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Click on the + New Workflow Tag button<\/strong><\/p>\n

That’s it! You have created your new tag and it is ready for immediate use.<\/p>\n

Using your custom tag<\/h3>\n

You can apply your new tag to any new workflow you create. Just click on the ‘Workflow tags’<\/strong> field when creating any workflow to see your available tags.<\/p>\n

You can add multiple tags to a single workflow if you wish.<\/p>\n

In the Workflow<\/strong> section, you will see all the previously run workflows, alongside the draft workflows. The column labeled workflow tabs will show you the tags that each workflow is given.<\/p>\n

\"In<\/p>\n

Each workflow receives one tag by default.<\/p>\n

Standard workflow tags, will be also assigned based on what action was done, as normal one time workflow, event workflow or recurring workflow.<\/p>\n

  • Red<\/strong> workflow tag – Event <\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Green<\/strong> workflow tag – Workflow<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Orange<\/strong> workflow tag – Recurring<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Blue<\/strong> workflow tag – Custom Workflow tag<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Finding workflows from a specific tag<\/h3>\n

    In the Workflow<\/strong> section, apply filter for Workflow tag and search for the tag you want.<\/p>\n
