GAT Flow<\/a> allows\u00a0\u00a0Google Workspace Admins<\/a> and\/or Delegated Auditors<\/a>\u00a0to perform single and\/or mass processes. One of them is the availability to export Google Keep data and store it in the dedicated Shared Drive folder.<\/p>\n

The Security Officer<\/a> must approve the workflow to complete the export, and they will have access to that given shared Drive folder by default.<\/p>\n

You can Export Google Keep data within a few simple steps outlined below.<\/p>\n

Note: The action is only available during the Modify<\/strong>\u00a0or\u00a0Offboarding<\/strong>\u00a0workflow.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

Create workflow<\/h2>\n

First, to create a workflow, navigate to\u00a0Flow > Create workflow <\/strong>(1).
