From GAT+ click and open\u00a0Flow\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

- Subject<\/strong> – enter the subject for the email<\/li>\r\n
- Content<\/strong> – enter content for the email\u00a0\r\n

- Variables<\/strong> are available to be used\u00a0\r\n

- HTML Editor<\/strong> – you can switch and use an HTML editor too<\/li>\r\n
- Show preview<\/strong> – to check how the message will look like on a real user’s example<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n

<\/p>\r\nSet up auto-reply directly from Users module in GAT Flow<\/h2>\r\n
As an Admin<\/strong>, navigate the Users<\/strong> module in GAT Flow<\/strong>, and search for the user in question to set up an auto-reply.<\/p>\r\n
Next, go to Email<\/strong> tab and its Auto-reply<\/strong> sub-tab where you can enable it and configure the message that is going to be sent.<\/p>\r\n

This feature set up under Users module is directly available to Google Workspace Administrators and does not require the approval of a Security Officer.<\/p>\r\n
