GAT+ offers a comprehensive audit of the entire domain’s Google Drive, including the audit of Google Drive labels.<\/p>\n

Identify files by sensitivity levels assigned to Google Drive files via “badged labels” created in Google Drive<\/a> and audit them in GAT+.<\/p>\n

Badged labels in Google Drive can be accessed here: https:\/\/drive.google.com\/labels<\/a><\/p>\n

Navigate to GAT+ > Drive > Files<\/strong> and apply the custom filter.<\/p>\n

In the filter options, search for the Badged label.<\/p>\n

Search<\/h3>\n

Administrators or Delegated Auditors can search for any badged labels or all badged labels using the different filters available.<\/strong><\/p>\n

For example, to view all files with Badged labels in your domain, search for “Badged label is not empty”<\/strong> or “is not null,”<\/strong> and so on.<\/p>\n

    Once files with different labels are found, administrators can take action on them.<\/p>\n

    Audit and view shared access to files,<\/strong> including Internal or External users and their permissions.<\/p>\n

    Administrators can also take actions to adjust sharing permissions based on the applied labels or any other action available via GAT+.<\/p>\n

    For example, “Remove ‘everyone (with link)’ from a file with a ‘Confidential’ badged label.”<\/strong><\/p>\n
