It will not run again until the Security Officer approves your updates. Use this if your changes are critical or if running the older version of the workflow could cause issues.<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"4,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"4,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Edit and keep active:<\/b> This option allows your existing workflow to <b data-path-to-node=\"4,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"67\">continue running<\/b> without interruption. GAT Flow creates a &#8220;clone&#8221; of the workflow for your edits. Once the Security Officer approves the new version, it seamlessly replaces the old one. Use this to avoid any operational downtime.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6\"><b data-path-to-node=\"6\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Q 2: Do I need Security Officer approval every time I edit a workflow?<\/b><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"7\"><b data-path-to-node=\"7\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">A 2:<\/b> No, you do not need approval for basic administrative changes.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"8\">If you only need to update the <b data-path-to-node=\"8\" data-index-in-node=\"31\">Workflow Name<\/b>, <b data-path-to-node=\"8\" data-index-in-node=\"46\">Workflow Description<\/b>, or <b data-path-to-node=\"8\" data-index-in-node=\"71\">Workflow tags<\/b>, you can select the <b data-path-to-node=\"8\" data-index-in-node=\"105\">&#8220;Edit basic&#8221;<\/b> option. These changes are saved instantly without requiring any review or approval from the Security Officer.
