How to onboard a user<\/h2>\n
The steps below will show how to create and onboard a user to the domain.<\/b><\/p>\n
Log in to GAT Flow,<\/strong> and on the menu on the left, click on\u00a0Create workflow<\/strong><\/p>\n
Define workflow type<\/h4>\n
In the Define workflow type, fill in the basic information.<\/p>\n

- Workflow name<\/strong> – enter name<\/li>\n
- Type<\/strong> – select onboarding<\/strong><\/li>\n
- Workflow description – optional description for the workflow<\/li>\n
- Run immediately after approval – set when the workflow should run, now or at a future time<\/a>.<\/li>\n

- Add Notification recipients to notify users and groups when the workflow ends.<\/li>\n
- Select tags in Workflow Tags to help with workflow categorisation. Tags can be created in the settings module<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n

Create a user<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n
In the Create a user<\/strong> tab, click on the Add new user<\/strong> button on the left side.<\/p>\n
You can also import users<\/strong> via a spreadsheet<\/p>\n

- Password – enter or generate the password<\/li>\n
- Email – will be filled in based on the selected email elements<\/li>\n
- Additional user field – expand the menu and fill in all required information\n

- Alias<\/li>\n
- Manager<\/li>\n
- Private email<\/li>\n
- Recovery email<\/li>\n
- Job title<\/li>\n
- Department<\/li>\n
- Employee type<\/li>\n

When the fields are filled in, click on Next<\/strong><\/p>\n
Choose Actions<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n
Under the\u00a0Choose Actions<\/strong> section (1), click on the “+<\/strong>” button to “Add action”<\/strong> and search for the particular action (2).<\/p>\n

<\/p>\nSelecting an action will show it, double-click on it to edit, and fill in the required details.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\nWhen the actions are selected and details filled in, click on Send approval request<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n
Send Approval Request<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n
Once ready with the selected actions, click on Send approval request <\/strong><\/a>on the bottom left.<\/p>\n
A pop-up window will be displayed to confirm.<\/p>\n
Click\u00a0Yes<\/strong>\u00a0to send the request to the\u00a0Security Officer<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0for approval. They will receive an email notification for Approval of the request.<\/p>\n

When the workflow is approved, the user will be onboarded (created) and added to your domain, alongside all the actions selected in the above workflow.<\/p>\n
