Google Admins to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Onboard and create new users to the domain<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/gatlabs.com\/knowledge\/tech-tips\/flow-overview\/#8-toc-title\">Modify existing users<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/gatlabs.com\/knowledge\/tech-tips\/how-to-offboard-google-workspace-user\/\">Offboard and delete users from the domain<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" data-fontsize=\"25\" data-lineheight=\"31.25px\">How to onboard a user<\/h2>\n<p>The steps below will show steps to create and onboard a user to the domain.<\/p>\n<p><a date.<\/p>\n<p>Click on\u00a0<strong>Next\u00a0<\/strong>to proceed (3)<\/p>\n<p>Note:\u00a0<strong>Run immediately after approval<\/strong> option \u2013 if disabled it allows to set this flow to run in future time and to <a href=\"https:\/\/gatlabs.com\/knowledge\/tech-tips\/scheduled-time-based-workflows\/#3-toc-title\">schedule the workflow to run at the specific date and Actions<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>This will lead to &#8220;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gatlabs.com\/knowledge\/tech-tips\/flow-overview\/#6-toc-title\">Choose actions<\/a>&#8220;<\/strong> menu.<\/p>\n<p>Under the\u00a0<strong>Choose Actions<\/strong> section (1), click on the &#8220;<strong>+<\/strong>&#8221; button to &#8220;<strong>Add action&#8221;<\/strong> and search for the
