One of the alert options is an alert on &#8220;Searches&#8221; done by the users.<\/p>\n<p>Navigate to <strong>GAT Shield &gt; Alerts &gt; Rules\u00a0<\/strong>from the left menu.<\/p>\n<p>Click on the <strong>New Alert Rule<\/strong> button on the left side. A pop-up window will be displayed. Fill in the required information.<\/p>\n<h3>Name &amp; Type<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Name &amp; Type<\/strong> &#8211; fill in details\n<ul>\n<li>Name &#8211; enter the name for the alert<\/li>\n<li>Type &#8211; click and from the drop-down menu shown<\/li>\n<li>Select <strong><strong>Search &#8211; <\/strong><\/strong>Receive a notification when a user searches for one of the monitored phrases.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Action &#8211; select what action to be done for end-users\n<ul>\n<li>Show warning<\/li>\n<li>Close<\/li>\n<li>Close without warning<\/li>\n<li>Redirect<\/li>\n<li>Redirect without warning<\/li>\n<li>No action<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Warning message &#8211; Users will see this message when the alert rule is triggered.<\/li>\n<li>Default severity &#8211; When the Alert Rule is triggered, a notification is created. You can pick User, Group, or Org. Unit of users or select All users.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rule exclusions<\/strong> &#8211; enter excluded addresses, org units, excluded websites, and active only on selected website URLs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Time restriction<\/strong> &#8211; Select when the rule should be active &#8211; By default, when no time restriction is added, the rule will always be active. To change it, select days and time ranges when the rule will be active.<\/p>\n<h3>Configuration<\/h3>\n<p>In the configuration section, you must fill in the search modes.<\/p>\n<div id=\"f_829cfb6c-dc65-44a4-9ad1-d021ebc4475c_0\" class=\"q-item q-item-type row no-wrap q-item--dense q-item--active text-bg-primary-2-reversed q-item--clickable q-link cursor-pointer q-manual-focusable\" tabindex=\"-1\" role=\"option\" data-v-c1a1995c=\"\" aria-selected=\"true\">\n<div class=\"q-item__section column q-item__section--main justify-center\" data-v-c1a1995c=\"\">\n<ul>\n<li class=\"q-item__label\">List of phrases<\/li>\n<li class=\"q-item__label\">Regular expression<\/li>\n<li class=\"q-item__label\">Regular expressions and phrases<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>As an example, we will pick the <strong>Regular Expressions<\/strong> option and <strong>fill in the Regex terms<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<blockquote><p>The Regex example: <strong>((\\b\\w+\\b\\s*(deepnude|deep\\s*nude|deepfake|deep\\s*fake|naked|nude|porn))((deepnude|deep\\s*nude|deepfake|deep\\s*fake|naked|nude|porn)\\s*\\b\\w+\\b)|\\b(deepnude|deep\\s*nude|deepfake|deep\\s*fake|naked|nude|porn)\\b)<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h3>How the Regex Works<\/h3>\n<p>This regex will match any of the terms &#8216;deepnude&#8217;, &#8216;deep nude&#8217;, &#8216;deepfake&#8217;, &#8216;deep fake&#8217;, &#8216;naked&#8217;, &#8216;nude&#8217;, and &#8216;porn&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p>The alert will trigger if the search query has &#8216;AI&#8217; either before or after any of the words. However, having &#8216;AI&#8217; in the search query is optional for the alert triggering. The alert will trigger regardless of &#8216;AI&#8217; being in the query (we don&#8217;t want students searching these words anyway).<\/p>\n<p>On top of that, the regex will match if the terms &#8216;deep&#8217; or &#8216;fake&#8217; are searched, but these two terms <em>must<\/em> be preceded or followed by the term &#8216;AI&#8217;.
