How to offboard a user<\/h2>\n
The steps below will show steps to offboard a user to the domain.<\/p>\n
Launch GAT+<\/strong>\u00a0<\/b>and navigate to\u00a0Flow<\/strong>

From the menu on the left select Create workflow <\/strong>(1)<\/p>\nNote:<\/strong> The action can be done also with Event<\/a> and Recurring workflows<\/a>.<\/p>\nSelect workflow type<\/h4>\n
In\u00a0Workflow type \u2013\u00a0<\/strong>fill in the details<\/p>\n\n- Name<\/strong> – enter a name for the workflow<\/li>\n
- Description – enter a description for the workflow to be taken<\/li>\n
- Type<\/strong> – select Offboarding\u00a0<\/strong>\n
\n- Note: This workflow will delete the account<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
- Conditional flow \u2013 you can set up the action alongside\u00a0conditional workflow<\/a><\/li>\n
- Run immediately after approval \u2013 select if you want to\u00a0pick a specific time<\/a>\u00a0for when the workflow to occur<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
