Modify and change the email signature to all users in your G Suite domain.
With GAT Flow, you can edit and set up a new email signature to a group of users in a bulk.
Open GAT+ and under Configuration select Flow
A new window will be opened, click to Login
When you log in, select Create workflow under Workflow type select and add a name for it and select Modify.
Click on Next than in Search for a user, pick the option to find individual user or group
In Search for a group, a pop window will be displayed, select all users in the group or exclude some.
Click on the slide option on each user to include or exclude them from the list then click on Add
The list of all users will be displayed, view all included users and remove some if needed, click on Proceed to actions
Find and click on the Set user signature option.
Add and set your email signature, you can use the set variables to set the user email signature.
You can also use the built-in HTML editor for setting up the Email signature.
When the signature is added, simply click on Send approval request
An email will be sent to the Security Officer for approval.
Note: If there is a pre-approval set, you can approve it right away and the action will take effect.
When the request is approved by a Security officer or pre-approval is used, the result can be seen in the Workflow by clicking on the eye icon.
As a result, you can see the Action – if the status is Done and on the left-hand side all affected users.
The new email signature will be added to all the selected user when sending emails.
This signature can be manually edited by the users if they wish to.
