In GAT+ navigate to Email audit.

Report for All users  – User statistics.

To schedule, a daily/weekly report for Emails send and received by users domain-wide.

Select User statistics – Daily statistics

Apply a custom filter.

Select Type – Stats by date range and users 

Date from: 2/4/2020 Date to: 2/4/2020 (yesterday as an example)

Then select User/Group or Org.Unit ( / ) and include Sub.Org.

Click Apply to view the result of the search.

This can be set up as a Scheduled report.

Click on Scheduled 

Set the Occurrence ( Every day – after midnight) or any option you like.

Click on Enabled 

In the recipient, you can add any user who needs to receive this as report

In Custom path and filename – you can add the custom path where the Report will be located.

When ready, click on Apply & Schedule.

The result will be shown in the GAT+  console.

Note: User might be shown in a few places – as they might have send emails from different email addresses.

As an example:  UserA – send 5 emails from Group1 and  10 emails Group2

Schedule reports will be generated daily and recipients will be notified via email, and the report will be located in the custom path/location.
