The Good Shepherd International School (GSIS) in Ooty, Tamil Nadu, India, was founded in 1977. Its mission is to educate students to be confident, open-minded, and passionate according to the motto “Truth, Trust, and Triumph.”
GSIS is a CIS (Council of International Schools) accredited, full-time, coeducational, residential school and an IB Continuum School, offering the Cambridge, ICSE, ISC, and IB programs. It serves 700 students aged 10-18 from over 30 countries, with 85% coming from India or Indian families living abroad.
The GSIS employs the Google Workspace for Education Fundamentals plan and provides students with 1:1 Chromebooks.
