Remove User Profile Photos #
GAT Flow allows admins to remove user profile photos.
This can be done for one user individually or for multiple users in bulk.
The user profile photos will be visible in the GAT+ Users tab

The steps required to remove those photos are as follows.
Flow action #
Navigate to GAT Flow and create a workflow for this action.
In the Define workflow type, fill in the required info
- Name – enter the name for the workflow
- Type – select the type of workflow to run (modify to update users)

Click on Next
In “Search for a user,” add the users you need (add one by one, via group or org. unit)

When users are selected, click on the Next button
In Choose actions, find and use the option under Users > Delete user profile picture
Click on the + to Add Action > search for “Delete user profile picture” and select it.

Double-click on it to open. In this case, it will show what the action will do.
This action will remove the user’s profile picture.
When ready, click on Send approval request to proceed.
Security Officer #
This will send an Email to the Security officer for approval.
When approved, the action will take effect.
The result can be checked under Flow > Workflow Approvals
Result #
As a result of the action, the Profile pictures will be removed from the selected users.

By utilizing GAT Flow, administrators can efficiently manage domain appearance and privacy by removing individual or bulk user profile photos in just a few steps.
Because this action requires Security Officer approval, it ensures that changes remain secure, audited, and compliant with organization policies.
